White fused alumina contains up to 99% aluminum oxide, which provides its increased hardness, improved grinding properties when processing high-strength materials, for example, hardened or stainless steel. Unlike sand and other abrasives, electrocorundum can be used repeatedly, up to 10 cycles. Microhardness: from 2000 kgf/mm2 to 2100 kgf/mm2.
We supply fractions: F12, F14 and F16. This is a grinding grain with a diameter of 1.4-2.8 mm, 1.2-2.36 and 1-2 mm. Designed for rough surface treatment of various materials: steel, copper, cast iron:
cleaning of a thick layer of rust, dirt, scale, cement of various parts;
providing the necessary roughness to increase adhesion with protective coatings;
hardening of the surface layer of concrete, steel.
It is also used for the manufacture of coarse grinding wheels.
